This praxis II exam is designed for teachers of students with visual impairments and for potential consultants to teachers of these students. The PRAXIS II Special Education Teaching Students with Visual Impairments 5282 exam assesses these teachers if they are safe and competent to practice this profession.

 

Examinees will be given a maximum of 2 hours to finish the entire praxis II exam. There will be 120 multiple-choice questions which focus on basic knowledge in working with students with visual impairments. This praxis II exam is only applicable for examines who have completed or nearly completed a bachelor’s degree programs relevant to the exam. All questions are related to students at any levels namely preschool, elementary, and secondary school years. However, there may be questions in the exam that will not count toward the examinee’s score.
